A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury to Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving motor vehicles B;
On June 20, 2019, the Defendant driven a high-priced car around 22:05, and led D's front road in Hopopo City C, along with F-sections, from E to F-sections.
In this case, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to prevent traffic accidents by accurately manipulating the steering gear, brakes, and other devices with a thorough care.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, while neglecting the alcohol concentration of 0.167% and neglecting it, led to the Defendant’s negligence in proceeding as is, and the Defendant’s failure, led the victim G (e.g., the age of 48) driven by the Defendant at the first lane in the front direction of the Defendant’s running, to the Hbuf Islands, and the back part of the passenger car in the front direction of the car in question.
As a result, the Defendant caused the injury to the victim G by the above occupational negligence on the part of the victim I (the victim I (the 61-year old age), who was on the franchis in the above franchis vehicle, for about two weeks of medical treatment.
2. On the date and time set forth in Paragraph 1, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol 0.167% of the blood alcohol concentration from the front of K adjacent L in the J of Sinpo City to the front of D in the same city as D in the same city C.
