1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 617,605,759 as well as KRW 178,00,000 from March 14, 2014 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Claim for the performance of the obligation to the Solomon Savings Bank (former trade name: Solomon Mutual Savings Bank (formerly changed: Solomon Mutual Savings Bank) on December 11, 2009, as to the total sum of the principal and interest on loans under a loan agreement made on July 15, 1998 against the Defendant of the Solomon Mutual Savings Bank (as of March 13, 2014) and the remaining principal and interest on KRW 617,605,759 (as of March 13, 2014) on the loans extended on July 15, 1998;
