Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine for 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act at around 03:30 on August 7, 2019: (a) under the influence of alcohol to the victim D and his/her women’s friend, saying, “I do not come to a friend fe. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. 8, 2019; and (b) f. f. f. f. f. f. f.

At around 03:38, August 7, 2019, the Defendant of insult and obstruction of performance of official duties committed the above act in front of the said C Burial, and the Defendant was subject to the control by the slope victim G belonging to the E police station F District Unit of the E police station, which received 112 report and sent out, and the said D and an unspecified number of unspecified persons are heard, and the victim publicly insulting the victim by “Chop . one . one f. one f. f. f. f. f. f. f. h. h. h. h. k.” h. h. h. k., the victim’s face and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the suppression of the crime and the maintenance of order by assaulting the victim’s face in the future.
3. On August 7, 2019, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender, such as the crime of obstruction of performance of official duties, for the foregoing reasons, and was laid to the back seat of the patrol vehicle and brought in the F area as a flagrant offender, during which he was brought in the F area, the Defendant obstructed the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties concerning the suppression of the police officer’s crime and the maintenance of order.
