A. On December 6, 2010, the Plaintiff lent KRW 230,000,00 to the Defendant. However, the Defendant did not repay the above loan until the maturity date.

B. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum from November 29, 2014 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order, to the day of the delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order.
