Defendant
C is a person who has worked as the director of the Viewing Agricultural Technology Center (class IV). Defendant A is a person appointed as the head of the L viewing L market direct management team leader around August 9, 2010 and worked as a L viewing public official until January 20, 2014. Defendant B is a person who is in the real estate development business while working as the representative of the N-based O stock company (hereinafter “O”) and is a person who is in the same livelihood of the above Defendant C, and Defendant D is a person who resides in P and has worked as the head of the promotion committee for the Literacy Park Development Project in the above P market.
Criminal facts
To the extent that the identity of the facts charged is recognized and that it does not interfere with the defendant's exercise of his right to defense, part of the facts charged was revised. 1. Defendant A worked as the team leader at the direct speed M of L viewing L market as above, and was in charge of most of the programs supervised by L market while carrying out the most of the programs.
A. B. Around 2011, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bribery) runs L market from B, which is a real estate development business entity in the region, at a place not exceeding Q Q in the diameter of 2011.
