D On October 17, 2014, the Seoul Western District Court sentenced one year to imprisonment with prison labor for fraud using computers, etc. at the Seoul Western District Court on January 15, 2015, and was released on February 29, 2016 during the execution of the sentence on February 14, 2016 and the parole period expired on April 28, 2016. On November 28, 2018, the said court was sentenced to one year and two months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act and the said judgment became final and conclusive on April 13, 2019.
