1. On June 13, 2017, the Defendant damaged public goods: (a) was assaulted by his male-child delivery D on the front of the C main points in Western City B at Seopoposi; (b) reported the occurrence of the crime to 112.

The Defendant 22:15 on the same day and called up for a police box E-Sa of the Western Police Station, along with the police officer F and Assistant G belonging to the police officer assigned to the Seocho Police Station E-Sa of the same day and arrived at the parking lot of the police box for the Seocho-Sapo-si E-Sapo-Sapo-si, which is located in I.S.

After that, even though the defendant was requested from the above F to get off the above patrol vehicle under the influence of alcohol, the defendant did not get off the patrol vehicle and did not have his sloter.

No person who was installed inside the patrol vehicle as his hand by avoiding disturbance; and

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the internal equipments of patrol vehicles, which are goods used by public offices.

2. The Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties on the grounds as set forth in Paragraph 1 at a time and place set forth in Paragraph 1, who was arrested and detained from F, Inspector J, and Assistant G as a current offender damaging public goods and was brought in as a strike, and was under the influence of alcohol, to the said F during the influence of alcohol.

While taking a bath that “the death shall be discarded,” the above F was at one time at the left side of the F.

Accordingly, the defendant, by assault, interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the arrest of a flagrant offender by police officers.
