Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

From December 17, 2017 to March 7, 2018, the Defendant, even though the validity of a driver’s license was suspended, was driving a B B-L-type car in the 10km section from the 10km section to the front parking lot of Pyeongtaek-si, the Eup/Myeon Office of Pyeongtaek-si on January 31, 2018. < Amended by Act No. 365, Jan. 31, 2018>
