The key issue of this case is that the police investigators belonging to the defendant who are involved in the arrest warrant, arrest the plaintiff on the ground that the valid period has not expired, and that the presentation of arrest warrant or the proper notification of the gist of the facts under the State Compensation Act constitutes illegal acts under the State Compensation Act, and that the reasonable amount of consolation money to be recognized to the defendant in the case of constituting illegal acts under the State Compensation Act is much controversial. Accordingly, this court's reasoning is the same as the part of the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and therefore, it is cited in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420
Therefore, the judgment of the first instance court is justifiable, and the defendant's appeal is dismissed as it is so decided as per Disposition.
