2. The costs of the lawsuit, including those resulting from the participation, shall be all included.

A. On November 14, 2008, the Minister of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs (the present name was changed to the name of the defendant; hereinafter referred to as the "defendant") designated the area as the area as the area as the district for the collective housing complex (hereinafter referred to as the "district of this case") of the Cheongbuk-gun under the former Act on Special Measures for the Construction, etc. of National Rental Housing (the Special Act on the Construction, etc. of Bogeumjari Housing (Act No. 9511, Mar. 20, 2009; hereinafter referred to as the "National Rental Housing Construction Act"), the Minister of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs (the present name of the defendant was changed to the name of the defendant; hereinafter referred to as the "the defendant") designated the Korea National Housing Corporation (the defendant joining the defendant by taking comprehensive charge of the rights and obligations of the Korea National Housing Corporation on October 1, 2009) to implement the development project as the project implementer, while setting the project implementation period as the district-designated or publicly notified on December 131, 2014.

B. On July 29, 2009, the Defendant publicly announced that the former Special Act on the Construction of Bogeumjari Housing, etc. (amended by Act No. 9511, Mar. 20, 2009) applies to the instant district designated as a national rental housing complex under the National Rental Housing Construction Act, in accordance with Article 3 of the Addenda of the former Special Act on the Construction of Bogeumjari Housing, etc. (amended by Act No. 9511, Mar. 20, 2009).

C. On January 13, 2014, the Defendant announced that the size of the instant district was changed from 1,704,870 square meters to 1,012,954 square meters to X-type public notification of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. D.

The Defendant publicly announced that the former Special Act on the Housing Construction, Etc. (amended by the Special Act on Public Housing, Act No. 13498, Aug. 28, 2015) applies to the instant zone as NN on January 12, 2015, while the name of the instant zone is as Q public housing zone in the name of the instant zone, as the petitioner-gu R, S, T, U, and V, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, S, T, U, and V, from the date of the public announcement of the designation of the district to December 31, 2014, respectively. < Amended by Act No. 12955, Dec. 31, 2020>
