Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
On April 6, 2013, the Defendant connected the CPC bank located in Kangwon-gun, Gangwon-gun, with the ID called “E”, “E”, and charged KRW 300,000 through a single president of the Franchising F, and purchased a horse ticket by predicting the horse riding of the racing conducted by the Marina society, and tried to exchange the game money in cash after receiving the game money in accordance with the ratio of distribution.
As a result, the Defendant used a racing conducted by a marina society for gambling.
