The defendant shall be innocent.
The summary of the facts charged in the instant case is that “H, an employee of the Defendant, violated the restriction on vehicle operation at the military self-employed business office located in the 10km-dong line around October 17, 2003, a 17:26m-on-line 10km-line.”
