A. A sales contract concluded on March 16, 2016 between the Defendant and B is concluded.

A. B joined as the Plaintiff’s credit card holder on August 17, 2000, and the Plaintiff has a credit card use fee claim against B as of May 25, 2016.

B. On the other hand, on March 16, 2016, B registered the ownership transfer registration on the part of the Defendant as to the motor vehicle stated in the separate sheet, which is the sole property of the Defendant, on the same day as that between the Defendant and the Defendant (transfer of transaction between the parties).

Accordingly, the plaintiff is seeking the cancellation of the above sale and the subsequent restoration of ownership transfer registration procedure due to the cancellation of the above sale and the subsequent restoration of the original state on the ground that the above sale and purchase constituted a fraudulent act detrimental to the general creditors of B including the plaintiff.
