A Imprisonment of three years and six months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment of one year and six months, respectively.

However, the defendant B is subject to objection.

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

(a) No person who violates the Child Welfare Act (child abuse) or the Child Welfare Act (limited to abandonment or neglect of a child) shall neglect the basic protection, rearing, or medical treatment of a child under his/her protection and supervision, including food, clothing and shelter, and commit emotional abuse detrimental to the mental development and emotional sentiments of a child;

The Defendants were those who operated “G” in F at the same time, and the victim H (n, 12 years of age) was enrolled in the above G from April 2012 and received education and consultation from the Defendants.

On December 24, 2014, from around 19:00 to around 01:00 on December 25, 2014, the Defendants consulted about the wall problems of the ordinary victim in the public book room and the above G building located in Han-si and from around 01:00 on December 25, 2014, Defendant A forced the victim to “Nes down a certain place where the stolen money is hidden,” and forced the victim to read “Nes down a certain place where the stolen money is hidden.”

On December 25, 2014, the Defendants continued to take part in the victim and returned to the JJ and found the place where the victim hiddens money. On December 25, 2014, the Defendants obtained the consent of the victim’s parents and had the victim protect and supervise the victim by going to the said G.

At around 04:00 on the same day, the Defendants entered the victim on the first floor of G building, and Defendant B forced the victim to write down the victim on a paper by saying, “I am hump hump. hump. hump?h?h?h?h?h?h?h?h?h?h?h?h?h?m?h?h?h?h?h?h?h?h?h?h?h?h?h?h?h?h?h?h?h?h?h?h?m?h?h?h?h?h?h?h?h?h?h?h?h?h?

As above, even though Defendants did not have a meal from December 24, 2014, and did not have the body after being subjected to a long time investigation and punishment, the Defendants were able to enjoy it without force until December 26, 2014.
