A. Tae Young-gu Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “ST”) awarded a contract to the Defendant STT Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant STT”) for “TT Construction,” and “TTT Construction,” for “Construcing ethyl City TK Twitle ethyl City, Constru roof and home pipeline construction, and the roof board construction, etc. of the T-Seban Complex Complex Construction,” until October 26, 2010, the Nonparty Company did not pay 75,900,453 (hereinafter “the remainder of this case”).

B. On September 1, 2010, Defendant Stiti transferred to the Nonparty Company “200 million won of the purchase price claim” to the Nonparty Company, and transferred “200 million won of the purchase price claim to the Defendant Company (hereinafter “Defendant Round”) to the Nonparty Company as indicated below.”

The Defendant-based transferee 200 million won Certification as of September 2, 2010, which was 1,000,000 won as of September 2, 2010, as of September 3, 2010, as the date of arrival of the notification method of the transfer of the position of the Defendant-based 1,00,000 won, (i) 7,4260,00 won Certification as of September 4, 2010; (ii) 43,075,316 won Certification as of September 5, 2010; (iii) 11,751,000 won Certification as of September 10, 2010; (iv) 7,000 won Certification as of September 10, 2010; and (v) 7, 2010,000 won Certification as of September 4, 2010; and (v) 3, 2010,00 won.

On September 2, 2010, Defendant J requested the non-party company to pay the subcontract price of KRW 1,004,000 to Defendant Sastra, but did not meet the requirements for the direct payment of the subcontract price.
