1. The defendant is based on the sale on December 5, 2007 with respect to the "43 square meters of Pyeongtaek-si roads" to the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. On December 5, 2007, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract with the Defendant stating the purchase price of KRW 19.5 million with respect to “43 square meters of Pyeongtaek-si Road” on the same day, and paid the above purchase price to the Defendant on the same day. On the same day, the Plaintiff seeking implementation of the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the above real estate.
