1. Basic facts
A. New Daily Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “New Daily”) planned the apartment development project that constructs 24 square and 34 square and 512 apartment units on the land in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J (hereinafter “instant project site”) (hereinafter “the instant project site”), and established a regional housing association that covers the instant project site, and sought a method of being selected as an enforcement agent from the regional housing association, and prepared to establish a regional housing association on the ground of K. From the end of 2001, K prepared to establish a regional housing association on the ground of the instant project site, referring to as “from the end of 2001 as the head of the association with the head of the regional housing association having the head of the association as the head of the association, and prepared for the construction of the city.”
B. C.
