However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On November 27, 2018, the Defendant was proposed to arrange to get loans from Jeju District Prosecutors' Office, and was sentenced to suspension of indictment on the violation of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act by transferring the e-mail card under the Defendant's name. On September 24, 2019, the same prosecutor's office conducted an investigation for the same suspicion, and then sent the e-mail card on the ground that the e-mail card was returned. Thus, the Defendant was aware that the Defendant's act of providing the account number to the e-mail and withdrawing and delivering the money deposited in the account can be attributable to the e-mailing crime.

On February 19, 2020, the Defendant searched the Internet to obtain a loan from a third party, and sent a copy of the passbook (Account Number E) photograph in the name of the Defendant to a Kakakao to a third party who was asked to borrow two to three million won from the name defectist. On February 20, 2020, the Defendant released the money deposited in the above bank account in Busan to a third party and sent it to Busan.

At around 12:51 on February 21, 2020, the Defendant made a false statement about the place of use, etc. according to the direction of the person who was unable to receive his name, and then withdrawn 10,000 won in full, from G located in F, which was located in G, Busan, the victim H (60 years of age) to the above D bank account, and 24 million won deposited into the above D bank account, and aided and abetted the person who was unable to receive the name, who was sent by the person who was unable to receive the name, in the vicinity of G on the same day at around 15:00 on the same day.
