Reasons

The instant case is a small-sum case as provided in Article 2(1) of the Trial of Small Claims Act and Article 1-2 of the Rules on Trial of Small Claims. The argument in the grounds of appeal that the appellant satis does not fall under any of the grounds provided in each subparagraph of Article 3 of the Trial of Small Claims Act. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against each party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
