2. Determination

(a) Net profit 31,43,170 won (=Plaintiff’s income 27,208,983 won per month 】 20.0913 x disability rate 5.75% (=23% per accident x 25% per accident) (the same applies hereinafter) (the same as the number below 10 won per month);

B. 392,430 won (i.e., 523,250 won x 75%) from the amount of the Defendant’s medical expenses to be borne by the Defendant

C. The consolation money is given to Plaintiff A and other Plaintiffs, and the degree of Plaintiff A’s injury and disability.
