1. Basic facts
A. On January 8, 2013, the Defendant remitted KRW 10 million to the Plaintiff for the repayment of the instant loan, and on March 13, 2013, the Defendant transferred KRW 1.7 million after deducting the unpaid rent of KRW 3 million as the refund of the lease deposit under the instant lease agreement, and on March 13, 2013, the Defendant deposited KRW 120 million for the remainder of the lease deposit under the instant lease agreement with the District Court Decision 2015Da1258 Decided the Plaintiff as the principal deposit on the 19th of the same month.
F. On April 20, 2013, the Plaintiff’s leased object to the Defendant.
