1. Occurrence of liability for damages;
A. Facts of recognition 1) E is a Fcar at around 11:35 March 23, 2016 (hereinafter “Defendant Vehicle”).

B. According to the facts of recognition of liability, the defendant is liable to compensate the deceased and the plaintiffs for the damages caused by the instant accident as the insurer of the defendant vehicle.
C. The Defendant asserts that, at the time of the instant accident, the Defendant should limit the Defendant’s liability by taking account of the following: (a) the Deceased’s duty to safely drive the left-hand turn to the left-hand turn in a non-protective zone; and (b) there was any negligence by unreasonably manipulating the steering gear by the situation at the time of the collision.
However, the left left-hand turn at a non-protective area should be made to the left-hand turn so that the vehicle from the opposite direction does not obstruct the vehicle directly coming according to the vehicle driving signal, and at the time of the accident, the defendant vehicle entered the intersection at the time of the accident.
The plaintiff's vehicle or the plaintiff's vehicle is not visible, but directly in this situation.
