1. Defendant B’s KRW 53,423,100 as well as 5% per annum from August 12, 2017 to November 13, 2018.
1. The following facts may be found either in dispute between the parties or in full view of the respective descriptions set forth in Gap evidence Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and Eul evidence No. 1 (including paper numbers) and the whole purport of the pleadings:
On June 8, 2009, the Plaintiff concluded a contract with Defendant B for a new construction work of the second-story detached house (hereinafter referred to as “instant house”) on the ground of Samsung-si D for the contract period of KRW 161,30,000 and the construction period from June 6, 2009 to November 5, 2009.
In addition, the Plaintiff entered into a design and supervision contract with Defendant C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd”).
B. Around that time, Defendant B commenced the construction of the instant housing, and the instant housing was completed on January 14, 2010.
C. On the first floor work room among the instant housing, yellow walls were built.

E. However, around 11:00 on February 23, 2015, an accident occurred in which household appliances, household goods, etc. were buried in the work room due to the collapse of the soil walls of the work room among the first floor of the instant housing.

F.
