2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. On March 2014, the Plaintiff asserted that he/she became aware of the Defendant at the Diveston Association located in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, and that he/she lent a total of KRW 34,439,720 to the Defendant from March 2014 to December 2014 as follows:

(2) On March 2, 2014, 200,000 won by borrowing 1,890,000 won or more to the Defendant’s account for 14.5 million won or more on April 5, 2014, by 14.40 thousand won or more on April 16, 2014, or by borrowing 400,00 won or more to the Defendant for 14.5 million won or more on May 17, 2014, by 16.40 million won or less on June 16, 2014, or by borrowing 406.40,00 won or more on May 17, 2014, to the Defendant for 16.400,00 won or less on July 28, 2014, or by borrowing 5060,000 won or more on July 28, 2014.
