1. The Plaintiff:

A. As to KRW 479,700,000 and KRW 369,000 among them, Defendant A shall be from March 31, 2016 to December 15, 2016.

Reasons

1. The Defendant A, based on the facts of the basis, was sold in lots, the “Seoul-gu Seoul-gu Seoul-gu Seoul-ro 407 Dong 2501” newly constructed on March 11, 2009 (hereinafter “instant apartment”).

On May 20, 2009, Defendant A borrowed KRW 369 million equivalent to the intermediate payment from the Plaintiff (hereinafter “the loan agreement of this case”), and signed and sealed the loan transaction agreement [other special agreement] column (Article 5) and the following [personal signature] column, and all columns other than the starting date of the loan, the expiration date of the loan period, the interest rate, the interest rate for delay, the interest payment due date and the method of payment for delay, etc. at the time of the loan, were all blanks, and thereafter supplemented by the Plaintiff’s employees.

Article 1 Terms and Conditions of Trade shall be as follows:
