If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

The Defendant is a member of the “C urban environment rearrangement project partnership,” comprised of 369 members, with approximately 17,715 members of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B as a project site, and the executive branch, including D, including the president, of the partnership, does not represent the interests of the association members, and is responsible for organizing a committee for rights and interests of the association members and joint representatives.

Around January 2, 2013, the Defendant convened an extraordinary general meeting of union members with E, an adviser of the Civil Rights and Interests Committee; and around February 15, 2013, after convening an extraordinary general meeting of union members with respect to the agenda on which nine executive officers of the executive branch of the association, including D, including the president of the association, were removed; and on February 2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the extraordinary general meeting of association members held at Young-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, 7:5; (b) the facts were 49 members directly attended the said extraordinary general meeting; and (c) 33 members overlapping with the above 49 members present at the general meeting; (d) notified the above 117 members who were present at the general meeting and were removed from office; and (e) notified the above 184 members who were present at the general meeting, and (e) notified the association’s office of dismissal and management of the executive officers including the head of the association of Yeongdeungpo-gu, 234.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with E to spread false facts, thereby hindering the management of the victim D, the president of the partnership.
