1. The defendant shall pay 160,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 19% per annum from May 9, 2012 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, as indicated in the claim, lent KRW 520,342,00 to the Defendant on May 9, 2012; KRW 6.8% per annum on the interest on loans used by the Busan Savings Bank Co., Ltd.; interest rate of KRW 19% per annum; and maturity of payment on December 31, 2012. However, the Defendant, despite the Plaintiff’s demand for payment on several occasions, failed to pay up to the present date; thus, the Defendant sought payment of the amount calculated at the rate of KRW 160,00,000 per annum from May 9, 2012 to the date of full payment.
