The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. The summary of the facts charged is that between April 7, 2020 and around 21:58, the Defendant, on the road in front of the C cafeteria located in the former Northern-gun B, the Defendant, upon receiving a report, expressed the victim’s situation, E, F, and patrolman, who is a police officer affiliated with the Haan Police Station D police box called the said cafeteria, he was aware of how he was aware of, and how he was aware of, about 28 minutes of the charge, such as “Ig, Ig ing, Ig ing, Ig ing, Ig ing, Ig ring, Ig ring, Ig ring, and Ig ring.”
Accordingly, the defendant publicly insultingd the victims.
