1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years;

Punishment of the crime

On October 25, 2019, around 14:00 on October 25, 2019, the Defendant received synthetic marijuana from the Defendant’s house located in the Busan Shipping Daegu H building I on October 25, 2019, by allowing Kwikset to use synthetic marijuana 1g located in the gambling area, and by allowing Kwikset to receive the said goods at around 17:00 on the same day.
2. Sale and purchase of synthetic marijuana and X-how; and
A. On October 22, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around October 22, 2020; (b) around 20:30 on October 22, 2020, in the C entertainment tavern located in Busan Shipping Daegu B; (c) on October 22, 202, E included 7 X-si and 7g synthetic marijuana from E; and (d) remitted KRW 1 million to E’s new bank account at around 21:05 on the same day.
