2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. The Defendants are members of the Housing Association in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, for the purpose of promoting the Housing Development Project (hereinafter “instant Housing Development Project”) that reconstructs an apartment of the size of the 15th underground floor and that of the 15th above ground on the land of Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter “instant Housing Association”).

B. On May 26, 2008, the Plaintiff entered into a partnership agency service contract (hereinafter “instant service contract”) with the instant housing association to vicariously perform duties, etc. necessary for the instant housing development project and to pay the cost of performing agency services as remuneration. The main contents are as follows.
