Punishment of the crime
The defendant is the owner of a multi-family house with a four-story size of the total floor area of 464.78 square meters in Masung-si.

Nevertheless, on April 2015, the Defendant installed two separate entrances and two toilets, the total floor area of which is 114.35 square meters and 2 households with 114.35 square meters and 4 households with 114.35 square meters and the total floor area of 104.59 square meters and 4 households with 104.59 square meters, respectively, in two households, and repaired them by installing separate entrances. The Defendant installed two separate entrances and two toilets, kitchens, and boilers, etc. on the multi-uses of storage in a rooftop tower with 111 square meters in total floor area.
