1. On March 21, 2013, the Defendant sent the victim’s message at the Defendant’s house No. 103 1901, 203 Dong-gu, Northern-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, 201, on the ground that the victim C (here 26 years old) was the Defendant and her hedging, the Defendant sent the victim’s chest due to the victim’s cell phone (D), the victim’s photograph exposed to the victim’s chest, the victim’s cell phone exposed to the front part of the front part of the back, and the victim’s cell phone at around March 21, 2013, the Defendant sent the victim’s cell phone at around March 21, 2013, stating that “I wish to interfere with the life of the party.” On March 22, 2013, the Defendant sent the victim’s photograph to the victim without being exposed to the victim’s photograph.”

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim.

2. Violation of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. (Defamation), and violation of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Promotion

A. On March 21, 2013, from around 18:45 to March 21:2, 2013, the Defendant posted the Defendant’s house of the Defendant, No. 103 Dong-gu, 1901, the Internet portal site “E” on which the victim C is admitted, a photograph taken by the Defendant by taking a bath together with the victim, a photograph taken by the Defendant by taking a kiscing with the victim, a photograph kiscing the victim’s view, a photo kiscing the victim’s kisc, a telegraph exposure photograph kiscing the victim’s chest, and a photograph exposed to the victim’s chest.

As a result, the Defendant revealed facts openly through the information and communication network with a view to slandering the victim, thereby impairing the reputation of the victim, and displaying obscene images openly.

B. The Defendant committing a crime by transmitting photographs from February 6, 2013 to March 26, 2013, at the Defendant’s house of 103 Dong-dong 1901, Dong-dong 103, Dong-dong 1901, and at F’s cell phone (G) such as the above paragraph (a), and H’s members of the same gathering.
