1. The Defendants jointly and severally agreed to the Plaintiff KRW 214,700,000 and 5% per annum from January 31, 2015 to November 24, 2016.

Reasons

1. On December 30, 2014, Defendant A Co., Ltd.: (a) paid to the Plaintiff an amount equivalent to KRW 214.7 million, including the price of goods, in eight installments; (b) provided that once delay, Defendant B agreed to lose the benefit of time; and (c) provided that Defendant B jointly and severally guaranteed the same; (d) the Defendants lost the benefit of time by failing to pay the first installment.
