1. It is confirmed that an insurance contract entered in the separate sheet concluded between the Plaintiff and the Defendant is null and void.

1. Basic facts
A. On December 27, 2007, the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded an insurance contract on the attached list with the Defendant as the insured (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).
B. On September 19, 2008, the Defendant was hospitalized in the hospital by March 11, 2014, as follows: (a) on the ground that the Defendant was “sprinked with the high-sea spons and tensions during the operation,” and (b) was hospitalized in the hospital for 368 days, including that the Defendant was diagnosed by the catum’s salt and tension, the catum’s salt and tension, the catum of the catum, and the tension’s salt and tension for 18 days until October 16, 2008.
The Defendant received total of KRW 19,920,000 from the Plaintiff on the ground of the foregoing insurance accident by claiming insurance money, such as injury and hospitalization allowance.
