1. The Defendant delivers to the Plaintiff the building indicated in the attached list, and from May 15, 2016, the above building is to be transferred to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. On April 15, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant, setting the lease deposit of KRW 10,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 750,000 as well as KRW 750,00 as a period of two years for the building indicated in the separate sheet, and the Defendant delivered the said building to the Defendant. Since the Defendant paid the rent on May 15, 2016, the said lease agreement is terminated.
