On March 23, 2013, the Defendant of acceptance of bribe through the offering of entertainment, such as the payment of golf fees and meal, by a job-related business entity’s business entity’s offering of entertainment such as entertainment, etc., to the P Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “P”), the representative director of the P Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “P”), who is a business-related business entity that mainly performs river-related design services, etc. ordered by Edon H, etc., from “O” located in N, and let Q pay golf equivalent to KRW 137,875 of the Defendant’s golf cost.
