(hereinafter “Defendant Samsung M&T”) is a person entrusted with the management and operation of the above connecting roads by the Korea Highway Corporation vicariously exercising the authority to manage and operate the roads with the Incheon D&T connections. Defendant Han L&C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Han L&T”) is an insurer who entered into a comprehensive automobile insurance contract with respect to the M&T automobiles (hereinafter “instant E&M vehicles”). Defendant Samsung F&M Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Samsung F&T”) is an insurer who entered into a comprehensive automobile insurance contract with respect to the vehicle for the C&T freight vehicle (hereinafter “instant train”).
