A. On June 23, 2015, before the Defendant was established, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant’s representative B and each real estate listed in the separate sheet (each real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 2 and 3 at the time was under construction; hereinafter “each of the instant real estate”).
