A. As to KRW 2,388,518,424 and 201,00,000 among them, Plaintiff A Co., Ltd.: < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 27517, Nov. 15, 2016>

A. Plaintiff A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff A”) is a corporation with the purpose of construction business, etc., Plaintiff B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff B”) is a corporation with the purpose of road packaging business, etc., and the Defendant is a corporation with the purpose of construction and management of railroad facilities under the Framework Act on Railroad Industry Development and the Korea Rail Network Authority Act.

B. The Plaintiffs (hereinafter “Plaintiffs”) shall conclude and modify the contract for construction works.

A) Plaintiff A was the joint contractor of the Plaintiffs. The joint contractor of the Plaintiffs was the representative of the joint contractor of the Plaintiffs. On April 27, 2009, the joint contractor of the Plaintiffs was a construction with the Defendant and with the main content of the construction of the C Corporation (the total extension of approximately 8.49 km connecting D and E in e-mail) from the Defendant on April 27, 209 (hereinafter “instant construction”).

(1) A contract under which the total construction amount of KRW 93.84 billion and the total construction period from April 27, 2009 to April 25, 2014 (hereinafter referred to as “instant contract”) are to be awarded a contract for 1,825 days (hereinafter referred to as “instant contract”).
