The Defendant worked as the president of the “E Association” established for the purpose of constructing an officetel of 13th above the third ground floor above the ground surface (hereinafter referred to as the “instant building”) on the site of approximately 393 square meters in Si-si and D 2 lots from October 2007 to February 16, 2008.
