1. In the first instance court, the Plaintiff filed a claim against the Defendant for the implementation of the registration procedure for ownership transfer on each of the following grounds: (a) the restoration of real name and the preparatory completion of acquisition by prescription; and (b) the first instance court dismissed the primary claim and accepted the preliminary claim.
As the defendant appealed, the object of this Court's trial is limited to the conjunctive claim.
2. The court's explanation of this case is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance. Thus, the court's explanation of this case is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
