A. On May 23, 2005, the Plaintiff lent 50,000,000 won to the Defendant.

B. The Plaintiff demanded the Defendant to return the above loan on December 2, 2005, but failed to return the loan even after the expiration of a reasonable period.

C. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff interest or delay damages calculated at the rate of 5% per annum as stipulated by the Civil Act from January 1, 2006 to December 9, 2014, which is the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint, and the interest or delay damages calculated at the rate of 20% per annum as stipulated by the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.
