1. The principal of the case denies that he is the natural father of the defendant.

In view of the overall purport of the pleadings in each period of evidence Nos. 1 and 2-3, evidence Nos. 3, evidence Nos. 4-1 through 3, evidence Nos. 5 and 6, the plaintiff and the defendant married on Oct. 14, 1988, but made a judicial divorce on Sept. 9, 2010, the plaintiff produced the principal of the case on Nov. 16, 2010, for which 300 days have not passed since the plaintiff got more than 30 days thereafter, the fact that the relationship between the principal of the case and the non-defendant and the principal of the case was established as a result of genetic testing.
According to the above facts of recognition, it is clear that the principal of the case is not the father of the defendant.
The plaintiff's claim is accepted with reasonable grounds.
