1. The amount of real estate stated in the separate sheet shall be put to an auction and the remainder after deducting the auction cost from the price shall be attached;

In conclusion, it is reasonable to resolve the co-ownership by way of distributing the remaining amount after deducting the cost of auction from the proceeds of auction from the proceeds of auction to the auction according to the share ratio of co-owners.
