All appeals by the Defendants are dismissed.
1. The summary of the facts charged in this case and the decision of the court below are as follows: “The defendants, even though they were not allowed to operate beyond the boundaries of 107 degrees each south of the extension line between the 107 degrees extension line between the boundary line between the west-do and the Do boundary line between the west-do and the west-do (hereinafter “instant permitted fishing zone”) at the intersection of the coastline, they operated beyond the “fence line between the west-do and the Do boundary line between the west-do and the west-do,” which is the boundary line of the said fishing zone.”

2. Summary of grounds for appeal;
A. In addition, the topographical map made by the Land Survey Division of the Joseon General in 1920 shall be the topographical map.
