Article 402(2) and (1) of the Civil Procedure Act provides that the appellant may correct the address available for the service of the appellant as to the petition of appeal of this case, but the appellant fails to comply with the order within the period prescribed by the above order, and thus, the appellant shall be ordered as per Disposition pursuant to Article 40
