1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
1. Details of the disposition;
A. On March 1, 1997, the Plaintiff worked as a secondary school teacher after commencing a secondary school on March 1, 1997, and served as Chigh School teacher from March 1, 2014.
B. The Gyeonggi-do General Disciplinary Committee on Public Educational Officials decided to dismiss the Plaintiff on March 10, 2016 upon the Defendant’s request for disciplinary resolution on the grounds that the Plaintiff violated Article 7 of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse and Article 17 of the Child Welfare Act by compulsion and sexual abuse against the students, and the specific grounds for disciplinary action are as follows.
