1. 나. 피해자 E에 대한 정보통신망이용촉진및정보보호등에관한법률위반 피고인은 2010. 7. 18. 12:06경 불상의 장소에서 피해자에게 “E아 씹새끼야! 요새 잠잘오냐 니 좆같은 집안은 씨바 통째로 사람하나 죽여 놓고 즐겁게 사는 모양이지 아주 좆같은 집안이구만! (중략) 이 문자 혹시 내 형한테 전송하면 내가 직접 반도 올라갈줄 알어!!! 생각 잘해라~~~ 가족회의도 하고! 좆같은 새끼야!!! 퇘!!!”라는 내용의 문자 메시지를 전송하였다.

From October 7, 2013 to October 22:49, the Defendant repeatedly transmitted to the victim text messages that cause fears or apprehensions through the same method six times in total, as shown in attached Table 2 of the List of Offenses.

C. On October 6, 2013, the Defendant, who violated his/her residence, was at the time of Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, to demand the victim E to pay money from around 22:04.
