1. The defendant,

A. As to KRW 230,141,450 and KRW 211,214,00 among them, Plaintiff A shall have from February 8, 2010 to December 7, 2012.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On November 4, 2000, the Korea Land Corporation obtained approval of the implementation plan for the housing site development project under the Housing Site Development Promotion Act with respect to the housing site for G in South-si from the Gyeonggi-do public notice from the Gyeonggi-do Governor to the FF, and the housing site in this case was designated as the housing site development project district.

B. On January 10, 2002, the Korea Land Corporation designated the Defendant as the project implementer of the said housing site development project, and concluded a trust contract with the Defendant for the instant housing site, and on May 31, 2005, the registration of transfer of ownership based on trust was completed.

C. On May 7, 2002, the Defendant started construction of a complex on the instant housing site, an undeveloped land, with the name of “H”, to create a housing complex for the purpose of constructing a residential housing.

(hereinafter referred to as “instant housing site”) D.

On September 10, 2002, the defendant began to sell the housing site of this case, and the buyer began to obtain a building permit on the land which was sold out of the housing site of this case from December 11, 2003.

E. On January 8, 2010, Plaintiff A entered into a sales contract with the Defendant and the instant housing site in which the sales price of KRW 211,214,00 is KRW 260,00 with respect to the sales price of KRW 211,214,00,00 with respect to the Namyang-si 260.2 square meters (the combination of the common use area of KRW 297.31 square meters) among the instant housing site, and on February 12, 2010, Plaintiff A completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the said I land and common use area.

F. On August 21, 2009, Plaintiff B entered into a sales contract with the Defendant and the instant housing site of which the sale price is KRW 299,236,50,00 with respect to the sale price of KRW 251.90,00,00 in Namyang-si, Namyang-si (a total of 287.83,00,000,000 square meters in common use) among the instant housing site, and on September 18, 2009, Plaintiff B completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the said J-J land and common use area.

G. On July 4, 2008, Plaintiff C is among the Defendant and the instant housing site.
