1. The defendant shall pay 35,500,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from February 2, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 35,500,000 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from February 2, 2017 to the date of full payment, which is the day after the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint.
Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is accepted on the ground of the reasons.
